Subscription

DEXIFY Business costs £10 per month and renews through Stripe until cancelled or otherwise ended.

Business responsibility

Each tenant business is responsible for lawful raffle operation, prize fulfilment, published rules, eligibility, refunds, customer support, tax, marketing claims, and regulatory compliance.

Payments

DEXIFY subscription billing is separate from tenant ticket payments. Ticket sales are processed through the business's connected Stripe or PayPal account. Processor fees are separate.

Platform access

Dashboard access may be limited when a subscription is inactive, payment settings are incomplete, or platform use appears unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful.

Data and privacy

Businesses must handle participant data lawfully and provide any privacy notices required for their raffles. DEXIFY stores operational records needed for accounts, raffles, orders, ticket numbers, support, and subscription status.

No legal guarantee

DEXIFY provides software infrastructure. It does not guarantee that any specific raffle, promotion, prize draw, or competition is lawful in a given location or for a given audience.
