Billing notes

DEXIFY subscription billing is separate from ticket sales. Customers buying tickets pay through the business's connected Stripe or PayPal account.

Processor fees

Stripe and PayPal fees are charged by those processors to the connected business account. DEXIFY does not include them in the £10 platform subscription.

Cancellation

Subscription lifecycle updates come from Stripe. Inactive subscriptions are blocked from the business dashboard.
